Modules that can be added to the core CCWS
The CCWS is intended to be flexible, and in the future, additional modules, specific to other areas of health and wellbeing, can be incorporated depending on institutional interest. Items that can be added to the core CCWS as part of a module, as well as successful proposals with more information on the modules, can be viewed below. We welcome suggestions for additional modules.
Food Security
The purpose of this module is to provide additional data when food insecurity prevalence is high, including assessing the food insecurity status of students with children. This module was available beginning in the Spring 2021 deployment. As of Fall 2024, it is now included as part of the core survey for students and employees.
Eco-anxiety
This module was created based on institutional interest. It is available as of Fall 2023.
Housing security
A housing security module has been developed with input from the Technical Advisory Committee. It is available as of Fall 2024 and the questions are available in the Onboarding Package. A technical report is currently in development.
